Terms: We ask for a 25% deposit to hold your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. We also ask our guests to provide a €800 check as a security deposit on arrival.
The rental price not include: Housekeeping (the last day): 70 € and Electricity cost. The meter reading will be noted upon your arrival and at your departure, electricity use will be billed at the rate charged by EDF.
*A tourist tax will be added for stays during the months of June to September.
Dates of high, mid and low seasons:
Low season: january, february, march, october, november and december
Mid-season: april, may, june, september, first week of july, and last week of august.
High-season: from 8 july to 26 august 2006
Additional services, available on request:
Bed linen rental: €10 per set
Bath linen rental: €10 (1 bath towel + 2 hand towels + 1 washcloth)
Housekeeping: €14 per hour
